It is recommended to focus on one area, goal or challenge you would like to work on.
However, you can absolutely listen to several recordings as long as they are related to the subject you are choosing to focus on.
Note #1: Some customers would rather address different subjects instead of focusing on one at a time. Ultimately, the decision to listen to different subjects is up to your personal preference.
Note #2: You can also mix specific recordings with general recordings that do not necessarily match the same category. Examples of general recordings are: sleep aid, gratitude, vibrational energy, etc. You can definitely focus on your specific goal (for example – weight loss) and still use the general recordings if you feel the need to. Say you’re having trouble sleeping one night – listen to any of the sleep programs to help you get a good night’s sleep.
