It is recommended to focus on one area, goal, or challenge you would like to work on.
However, you can listen to several recordings as long as they relate to the subject you choose to focus on.
Note #1: Some customers would rather address different subjects instead of focusing on one at a time. Ultimately, the decision to listen to various topics is up to your personal preference.
Note #2: You can also mix specific recordings with general recordings that do not necessarily match the same category.
Examples of general recordings are sleep aid, gratitude, vibrational energy, etc. You can focus on your specific goal (for example – weight loss) and still use the general recordings if you need to. Say you’re having trouble sleeping one night – listen to any sleep programs to help you get a good night’s sleep.
